Director Thomas Kor, Industrial and Commercial Services Section, Penang Alumni Association of Taiwan Universities and Colleges and Managing Director Choo KF, Anthony, Fine Arts Group of Companies signed Letter of Intent with President Shu-Hsiang Hsu with the presence of Chairperson Shih-chi Tseng, Department of Styling and Cosmetology and Director Ying-Ni Chen, Center for International Affairs. Transworld Institute of Technology will collaborate with Fine Art Transworld SDN. BHD. in providing offshore education programs with Malaysian students.

Grand Opening of the International Lounge (IL)

To offer better services to teachers, students, and staff members of Transworld Institute of Technology (TIT) as well as to meet the increasingly large volume of business at the Center for International Affairs (CIA), we relocated to the fourth floor of Tsun Cheng Building (MA401). The Office of CIA is renovated with the establishment of IL where you can find international students to chat. IL is equipped with Dolby Stereo LCD TV broadcasting English news programs and movies. Prospectuses of sister institutions and English publications are displayed on shelves. Passport to TransWorld will be issued to encourage participation in sharing cross-cultural experiences. Interesting activities of improving English abilities as well as enhancing world knowledge will be held to prepare every member on campus a future leader who thinks globally and acts locally!
